How Texas LDN Doctor Telemedicine Works

Step 1: Click any of the "Make your appointment" buttons on this website.

This takes you to my CirrusMed profile page.

Step 2: Click "Get Started"

On the pop up screen that follows, choose "I am a patient".

Fill in the required information and agree to the attached policy statements.

Then click "Sign up".

Step 3: Check your email for a confirmation message and "Verify account".

This takes you to a Welcome page where you fill out your address, language, and preferred pharmacy (optional at this time). There is a field for insurance, however we do not file claims. Therefore this field is not necessary to be completed.

Step 4: Continue filling in your medical history till you get to the "Choose your doctor" option.

Type in "Esquivel" in the search bar to find my profile. Then click it. This takes you to my profile again but with the "Membership Options" buttons for services highlighted.

Choose either the one month or three month plans. Click your choice and submit credit card information for payment. Then choose your preferred visit date. Fill out and submit any additional forms that you are presented with.

Step 5: Expect a message from me.

I will message you from the Cirrusmed platform within 24 hours to get moving forward on your assessment. Most of the assessment will be made via secured text messaging which can happen at any time as long as I am awake and not busy. The Tuesday/Thursday time slots are periods when I am most likely available to make a short video call if necessary or to chat in more "real time" with patients.
